Game Hiring Booking & Payment Policy

Please complete the booking/order form on the Trendify Games website (see here) and email to the nearest branch closest to your area. If there are none or you are not sure, please email headoffice@trendifygames.co.za and we will gladly assist.

All emails will be answered soonest. A Trendify Games franchisee will contact you to discuss the availability, payment and delivery of your order. A quotation detailing your order will be done and you will be required to accept the terms & conditions and sign for the equipment received. Please note that a copy of the persons ID receiving the equipment order will be required.

A holding deposit will be required in order to secure equipment if booked 7 days in advance to the requirement date. Trendify Games Franchisees will also charge a refundable loss or damage deposit for the hired equipment as per the signed order. Payments can be made using EFT (electronic fund transfer) , credit card/debit card (Yoco card machine) or by cash on collection /delivery.

Important-: Please note that all payments must be cleared in the Trendify Games franchisee’s bank accounts, before any equipment will be released.
