Carrom Classic Wooden Table Top Game

Carrom is a classic tabletop game that blends skill, precision, and strategy. It's played on a square wooden board with four corner pockets, using small discs called carrom men and a larger striker.

Object of the game

Players must pot all the play disks of the colour allocated to him / her using the striker as cue disk and finally sinking the king in one shot only. The player ( s) achieving this is the winner.

Basic Rules

1. Setup: The board is placed flat, and carrom men (9 white, 9 black, and 1 red queen) are arranged in the center.
2. Objective: Players take turns flicking the striker to pocket their carrom men before their opponent does.
3. King Rule: The red queen must be pocketed and then "covered" by sinking a carrom man of the same color in the next shot.
4. Striking: Players must strike from their designated area and cannot touch the striker with anything other than their fingers.
5. Fouls: Pocketing the striker, failing to hit any carrom men, or violating positioning rules results in penalties.
6. Winning: The player who pockets all their carrom men first, along with the queen, wins the round.
